Buy the Valentina Dress sewing pattern from Emporia Patterns. Perfect for hot nights out or festive parties, this fitted dress features a V-neck with frills that extend out from the front bodice to cover the shoulders and upper arms. The panelled bodice has princess seams, bound armholes, and a tie at the back. The six panelled skirt has couture pockets plus a statement ruffle. The dress closes with an invisible zip.
