Buy the Sienna Trousers sewing pattern from NH Patterns. Sienna is a high waisted trouser featuring an elasticated waistband with a drawstring detail, straight wide legs, and side seam pockets.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:
– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?
– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?
Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.
Suggested fabrics: Light-medium weight woven fabric with little to no stretch. The designer recommends fabric with a nice drape. Lightweight cottons, cotton chambray, linen and linen blends, tencel twill, rayon/viscose and rayon/viscose blends would all work well.
Fabric requirements: Â If you wish to pattern match, you may need more fabric than stated.Â
150 cm (59") wide fabric: 220 - 270 cm (2.4 - 3 yd).
137 cm (54") wide fabric: 260 - 270 cm (2.9 - 3 yd).
115 cm (45") wide fabric: 260 - 300 cm (2.9 - 3.3 yd).
Sizing: 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Small amount of lining fabric for pocket lining; 38 mm (1 1/2") elastic // Optional: small square of fusible interfacing for buttonholes; two eyelets for the drawstring if you cannot do buttonholes.
