Buy the V1944 Tops and Skirt sewing pattern from Vogue. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Tops have dropped shoulders, collar, collar band, front button closure and length variations. View A is cropped and has darts, ties that wrap around waist, long sleeves with button cuffs and placket. View B has short sleeves, stitched hems and side slits. Bias cut skirts are fitted through hip and have waist ties, invisible side zipper closure and hook and eye.
